Why can't I find the products I'm looking for?

Many of the brands we carry (including, but not limited to, Xymogen® and Designs for Health® professional formulas) are available through select licensed health care professionals. The Internet sale and discounting of these formulas are strictly prohibited (including on sites like Amazon® and eBay® - be wary as there have been reports of expired and counterfeit products).

Why are prices different online than in-store?
Several manufacturers have Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies that restrict how their products are sold online. It is common among our vendors to allow practitioners to only sell their products at their suggested retail price, whereas in-store we may be able to offer discounts. If you have questions about this, please give us a call.
Why is there a limit on how many products I can order?
Each item is limited to a quantity of 3 (three) pieces because we are a small facility with limited space for back-stock. Please note that we are also not a wholesaler, so if you are a practitioner looking to order larger quantities of products for your practice, please contact the manufacturer directly. We do our best to accommodate our customers, so please contact us if you wish to order more than our limit.

Life Science Pharmacy is located in Harriman, NY.
When will my order ship out?
Barring any out of stock items or special requests, your order should ship within 24 (twenty four) hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) will not be shipped until the following business day. Every attempt will be made to notify you of any delays in service.
What shipping services do you use?
Life Science Pharmacy ships using either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). Other options may be available based on certain order criteria.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical delivery times are anywhere from 1-5 business days.

My package arrived, but something is missing.
Inventory turns over fairly quickly in our storefront. As a result, occasionally your order may contain a 'backorder,' or 'out of stock' item. Typically these products arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order date, and are shipped as soon as possible with no additional shipping charge. We will do our best to update you on your order status.
What is your Free Shipping policy?
Free Shipping is provided through USPS Priority Service and excludes orders with UPS Ground or expedited service selected. The free shipping offer at Life Science Pharmacy is only valid on orders that meet the following criteria :
- Sub total exceeds $99 USD (Not including a shipping charge)
- You are placing this order to be shipped within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included)
- Your order does not have any temperature sensitive products (These orders may need to be expedited and may not be guaranteed to arrive cold, although we do include ice packs)

Will the holiday season change my delivery time?
Due to increased package volume traveling through the USPS and UPS networks, your order may be delayed. Please contact customer service at 1-888-781-7613 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you require additional information. Both USPS and UPS post yearly holiday schedules online that specify which holidays are observed.
