Current Patients
If you have a current prescription with us, you may have it refilled by calling, emailing, or contacting us on our website. Unfortunately, we are not able to do automatic refills at the moment.
New Patients
Thank you for choosing Life Science! Please note: We require a valid prescription to fill any medication. Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance, so if you would like a price quote, please send us your prescription and we will be happy to follow up with more information (there is no obligation to fill once we receive it, but we do require since various factors affect the cost). You may either pick up your prescription or have it shipped to you (shipping costs vary, please call for information). We can also provide Universal Claim Forms if you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Our prescriptions are all made from scratch in a controlled environment, so please allow at least 1-3 days processing time for it to be made and then ready for pickup/shipping. Shipping times vary based on location.
Please note, if you contact us via email or web, you must include your RX number (in bold on your label), as well as your billing and shipping information, or we may need to contact you to confirm this information, which may result in delays.
Please take note of your prescription label, which states how many refills you have remaining before the original prescription's expiration, as well as the expiration of the medication itself.
If you have no refills remaining, we will contact your doctor to get approval. Please note that this is a courtesy, and although we will do our best to get your prescription from your doctor, it is ultimately the patients' responsibility to manage their own prescriptions.
