Please note, if you contact us via email or web, you must include your billing and shipping information or we may need to contact you to confirm this information, which may result in delays.

Please take note of your prescription label, which states how many refills you have remaining before its expiration.

If you have no refills remaining, we will contact your doctor to get approval
