During these uncertain times, we are doing our best to keep up with the demand for online ordering. Unfortunately, many products, including but not limited to, immune support (i.e. Vitamin C, Elderberry, Zinc, Mushroom extracts, etc.) are widely unavailable from our vendors and distributors. To do their part in preventing the spread of Covid-19, many companies have reduced staff to the minimum needed for production and shipping, resulting in manufacturing and shipping delays.
Please understand that we are a small business with limited staff. As we try to keep up with demand, we cannot guarantee that we will have a certain product in stock when you place your order. We will do our best to get orders out in a timely fashion, in the order in which they were received, however they will likely have delays through both us and the shipping carriers.

All orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS Priority service, excluding perishable and refrigerated items, which may need to be expedited at an additional charge. We reserve the right to ship perishable items as needed to arrive with maximum potency. All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary. If all or part of your order is out of stock, the backordered products will ship with free shipping. Regardless of an order qualifying for free shipping you will be assessed the extra service charges for expedited service, if requested.
Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper, your package is considered delivered.
We will not be held responsible for delayed packages due to an "Act of God" which are weather conditions or disasters that prevent the shipper from making delivery. The Carrier has the right to leave a notice if they feel it is an unsecured location to leave the package. It's your responsibility to contact the carrier and make arrangements to retrieve the package.
We are not responsible for packages left outside or in P.O. Boxes for an excessive amount of time. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve and properly store their supplements/medications. We will not reimburse or replace the product under these circumstances. You will be charged by us to replace the product along with all shipping fees.
When will my order ship out
We put forth our absolute best effort when shipping your order out in a timely fashion. Barring any out of stock items or special requests your order should ship within 24 (twenty four) hours of our receipt of the order. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) will not be shipped until the following business day. Every attempt will be made to notify you of any delays in service.
What shipping services do you use?
Life Science Pharmacy ships all orders using UPS (United Parcel Service), in the case that your order must be shipped using the United States Postal Service(USPS) you must call to place your order and specify that you require us to use the postal service. An appropriate time to request USPS service would be if your order needs to be shipped to a Post Office box.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical delivery times are anywhere from 1-5 days. We ship out of Harriman, New York, 45 miles north of New York City. If you would like a better idea of when you can expect your order call customer service at 1-888-781-7613.
Can you tell me where my package is?
Though you should receive a tracking e-mail from LifeSciencePharmacy.com when your order is sent, if you have any questions about what the status of your order is please call customer service at 1-888-781-7613.
How can my order qualify for free shipping?
Please note: Our Shipping policy has changed; Free Shipping is now provided through USPS Priority Service and excludes orders with UPS Ground selected. The free shipping offer at Life Science Pharmacy is only valid on orders that meet the following criteria :
- Final total exceeds $99 USD (Not including a shipping charge
- You are placing this order to be shipped within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii not included)
- Your order does not have any temperature sensitive products (These orders may need to be expedited and may not be guaranteed to arrive cold, although we do include ice packs)

Will the holiday season change my delivery time?
Yes, it will alter the amount of time ground packages may take. Due to increased volume traveling through the UPS network your order may be delayed, please call customer service at 1-888-781-7613 if you would like more details. Both USPS and UPS post yearly holiday schedules online that specify which holidays are observed.
